Fulfillment & Refund Policy

Shipping

We offer free shipping for any subscription purchase, excluding trial size cartons.

Orders are shipped same or next business day from our warehouses in either Toronto, ON Canada or San Bernardino, CA USA. Deliveries to the west coast typically take 5-7 business days, while deliveries to the east coast can take up to 7 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email + tracking number as soon as your order is shipped out. 

During our product Pre orders, shipping will be processed after a 5-7 week window, full details will be emailed with delivery tracking once shipped out.

We currently only ship within Canada and continental United States, and do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes at this time.


Refund Policy

We hope that you love your Wype Tissues but we understand that might not always be the case. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, email us at hello@wype.eco with your order number (which can be found in your order confirmation email) and we will be happy to help!

  • If your box was delivered damaged and your rolls are unusable, we'll be happy to ship out a replacement order. Please include pictures of the damaged package as that will help us file a claim with our carrier.

  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our rolls in our smaller boxes, we'd be happy to provide a refund. We currently do not take returns for these boxes, but ask that you donate the unused rolls to a non profit organization of your choice. Please note that we can only refund one box of product per subscription. If you've ordered 2+ boxes of toilet paper and 2+ boxes of facial tissues, we will only be able to refund one box of each! Expect 7 - 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the rolls in our larger 48-roll toilet paper or 24-box of facial tissues, please let us know and we will provide you with a return shipping address label and even cover the cost of return postage. All you need to do is print and securely attach the return shipping address label (after removing the original delivery instructions) to the box or packaging you received your order in and drop it off at your local Carrier. We will provide a refund once the order has been delivered back to our warehouse. Expect 7 - 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

  • If you are a recurring subscriber and would like to cancel your order before it has shipped out of our warehouse, email us and we will be happy to cancel your order and provide a refund. If your order has already shipped out of our warehouse, or delivered to your address, please email us and we will do our best to help you. We may not be able to refund your order, but would be happy to adjust your subscription so we do not overload you with Cloud Paper! You can always login to your Manage Subscription tab in Account and modify frequency, skip, pause or cancel your subscription at anytime, however we're also here to assist. 

Delivery Policy

Orders are packaged and shipped as soon as possible usually within 3 business days and will be delivered via USPS, Canada Post, UPS or Last Mile ground per the delivery instructions provided during the checkout process. There may be periods of time where we expect delayed shipping times which will be noted on the website and in your shipping ETA during your order confirmation. You can email hello@wype.eco with any questions on shipping ETAs. During our March 2024 Colorectal Cancer Awareness Campaign all pre orders will be processed after a 5-7 week window, full details will be emailed with delivery tracking once shipped out.


Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please email us at hello@wype.eco ! We will provide postage for returns of our 48-roll boxes of toilet paper and 24-boxes of facial tissues. Expect 7 - 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. We do not take returns for our smaller boxes at this time but ask that you donate our tissues to a non-profit or organization of your choice. 


Cancellation Policy

Wype.eco subscriptions can be modified, skipped or cancelled anytime by logging into your account at wype.eco/account/login. Alternatively, you can email us at hello@wype.eco to modify or cancel your subscription.
